Bitdefender Anti Virus Software... Their Customer Service / Support needs to be a lot better!

After reporting getting constant blue screen crashes on Windows 8 - (driver_irql_not_less_or_equal bdfndisf6.sys) for the last 5 days, everyday, via their support links, twitter and live chats, (that never seen to be available), the ONLY response they have provided to date are automated ticket numbered replies...

I recommend that you don't buy their "Total"software package  people - unless you like having to put up with constant blue screen Windows Crashes...\

AND, it seems I'm not alone!
